There are many paths you can take to lead you to vibrant health. When you follow your heart and listen to your body, you will understand what it needs.
Many years ago, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. The prognosis wasn’t good. The doctors told me I was borderline Lupus and I would not get better. The best they could do was give me pain killers which made me feel much worse.
I was very much in shock and I was in bed for three weeks at one point. I didn’t know if it was the disease or the medication they were giving me. Then I said to myself, “There’s gotta be a better way than this!”
My husband worked with someone whose father was cured by natural means. I ended up going to the same doctor he saw and I ended getting totally cured.
The main thing I did was give up meat. I was on an Ayurvedic vegetarian regimen and I took herbs that detoxified my body. This allowed my body to heal itself. It was also required that I calm my mind as they said I had a “monkey mind”. So I learned how to incorporate meditation into my daily routine.
Herbs, massage, meditation – I was well in three months! MIND, BODY, SPIRIT. This is how my body healed itself. Given the right balance, the body can heal. It just needs a little bit of help.
